Hi,

My name is Amina and I am a designer!

While pursuing my Bachelor of Interior Design from Ryerson University in Toronto, Ontario, I developed a passion for User Experience Design.

 

With a  keen eye for detail, paired with my intuition for fluid and minimalistic design, I pursued an official route of specialization in UX/UI Design, getting certified in the process.

 

I enjoy traveling and getting inspired by the countless different cultural systems, products and techniques around the world. Which in turn influences my design interpretations. I pull on elements from unique cultures, synthesizing concepts and incorporating ideas to create a design style that respects the shoulders of giants it stands on, while seeing farther than they can.

 

Currently, I am based in Dallas, Texas.

 

My goal as a designer is to empathize and offer design solutions, especially within my origins, where design is shy of prominence.
